If for any reason you need to return NON-PLANT MERCHANDISE purchased
at Howard's Nursery, please return the product in its original unopened packaging
with the original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. Products
sold in bulk (i.e. topsoil by the yard) are non-returnable.
Unused PLANT MERCHANDISE must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please water
unused plant merchandise prior to its return.
If you present the original sales receipt, we will gladly exchange
the returned merchandise, or have it repaired according to the manufacturers specifications,
or issue a refund based on the method of payment.
Returns without an original sales
receipt will receive a store credit only. The value of the credit will be based
on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise. It may be
necessary to ask for identification for return transactions. We reserve the right to
limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.
