Howard’s Nursery, Inc. hereby warrants and guarantees its plants to be in good healthy condition upon leaving the nursery, true to the name and description provided, and to be of the size specified or larger. We further warrant our trees and shrubs to live for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase.

To make a claim against this warranty, bring in the plant and your receipt to qualify for a refund of the original purchase price. Our guarantee does not cover any amount in excess of the original purchase price (i.e. we will not reimburse for installation or transportation costs). No other guarantee or warranty exists.

If the nursery stock is covered up during transport, and is planted in the proper soil, in a suitable location, during the spring or fall, and is fertilized and watered as needed, it should do fine. If you have any questions regarding installation or care, please ask. IMPROPER SOIL MOISTURE (EITHER TOO DRY OR TOO WET) IS THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF NEW TRANSPLANT DEATH. Please remember to check soil moisture frequently, especially during the summer months!
